1. About Dishu

Dishu is a marketplace platform. We facilitate the discovery of Shops, enable Customers to place orders, and provide delivery logistics through our delivery partners.

Dishu is not:

• The seller of goods
• The manufacturer or producer
• Responsible for product quality, safety, legality, packaging, or availability
• Responsible for errors made by Shops
• A party to the transaction between Customer and Shop

All goods displayed on the platform are sold directly by the Shops, who are solely responsible for fulfilling orders correctly and in good condition.

2. Account Registration

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Not share login credentials

Dishu may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Contract

When you place an order, you enter into a contract directly with the Shop. Dishu only processes the order on their behalf.

3.2 Pricing & Availability

Prices, promotions, stock availability, and product descriptions are provided by the Shops. Dishu is not responsible for:

• Price changes
• Incorrect descriptions
• Items being unavailable

3.3 Minimum Order Value (MOV)

Each Shop sets its own MOV.

If a customer orders from multiple Shops in one checkout:

• If all Shops meet MOV, standard delivery fees apply.
• If one or more Shops do not meet MOV, the Customer may incur an additional delivery charge for each non-compliant Shop.
• Dishu automatically calculates this at checkout.

This ensures fairness for Shops while keeping fees transparent for Customers.

4. Delivery & Fulfilment

Dishu coordinates delivery through approved third-party couriers.

4.1 Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: €3.99, delivered within 2–3 days.
• Express Delivery: €6.99, same-day delivery if order is placed before 12 PM (Shop cutoff may apply).

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the Shop has prepared the order.

4.2 Safe-Place & Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at delivery:

• Couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place, where deemed appropriate.
• If no safe place is available, the order may be returned to the Shop.
• A re-delivery fee may apply.

Dishu is not responsible for parcel loss or theft after successful delivery or after safe-place delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Shops handle cancellations at their discretion.
• Perishable goods cannot be returned unless required by consumer law.
• Dishu may assist with communication but is not responsible for refunds.

6. Conduct

Customers and Shops agree to:

• Not misuse the platform
• Not engage in fraudulent behaviour
• Not interfere with operations

Dishu may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Dishu is not liable for product issues, delays, shop errors, courier errors, or losses caused by third parties.
• Dishu does not guarantee delivery times, fulfilment accuracy, or product quality.
• Dishu provides the platform "as is" without warranties.

Your legal rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All Dishu branding, content, UI, and materials belong to Dishu and cannot be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Dishu may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
